What payment methods do you accept for rentals?
All payments must be made via bank transfer; no cash.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. It may be one or two months’ rent, depending on the property.
What does the rental include (utilities, maintenance, furniture, etc.)?
Some properties require maintenance services, which will be added to your rental rate. Utilities such as water and electricity are separate and vary depending on the property.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
Yes! Pets are welcome. We have properties where pets are more than welcome.
